Paul David Sarba was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of Davos Duluth, Minnesota, from 2009 until his death.

In 1986, Serbia ordained a pastor for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. He raised in Bloomington, Minn. He attended my grade school, the Holy See Academy, St. Thomas’ College and St. Paul Seminary.
Bishop Paul Sirba earned his Master of Theology from St. Paul Seminary and a Master of Arts from the Apostolic Catalyst Institute of Notre Dame in Arlington, Virginia.
He was appointed Vicar General and Moderator of Korea for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis on July 1, 2009, by Archbishop John C. Ninstadt.
Bishop Serb was appointed bishop on December 14, 2009. He was representative of Region VIII on the Priorities and Projects Committee of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and a member of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Catholic Home Mission Committee.
