Facts You Need To Know About Damien Bendall
Between September 17 and September 20, Bendall was charged with four charges of murder.
He appeared before Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court this afternoon via video link from Ripley police station. The suspect, dressed in a grey hoodie and grey jogging pants, merely spoke to confirm his name and birth date.
During the brief hearing, he kept his head bowed. As a result, Bendall was remanded in custody until his next court appearance on Friday at Derby Crown Court.
Officers were dispatched to the home early Sunday morning after receiving a call regarding a man’s safety.

Before being hauled into arrest, Bendall was sent to the hospital to be treated for “self-inflicted minor injuries.”
