Dr. Keith Curtis is a 52-years-old Armed Riverside Doctor, who accused of being in possession of 28 grams of methamphetamine and being a prohibited person in possession of firearms due to drug addiction.
Arrest and Charge
He is suspected of being under the influence while practising medicine was arrested by the Riverside Police Department on Thursday, Feb. 20. He was arrested for possession of illegal narcotics, suspicion of being under the influence of illegal narcotics and being a prohibited person from owning or possessing firearms due to drug addiction, the Riverside Police Department said. Curtis has since been released on $10,000 bail.
Police said Curtis admitted to using illegal narcotics while working in his medical practice. Curtis was arrested and registered at the Robert Presley Detention Center on suspicion of possession of illegal narcotics, suspected of being under the influence of illegal narcotics and of possessing firearms being banned due to his drug addiction.
“They also located the upper receiver of an AR-15 style rifle and ammunition in another office used by Dr Curtis,” officials said. “During a search of his home, detectives located additional suspected methamphetamine and firearms.”
