James King star of My 600-lb Life passed away on Friday, April 3 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, according to his obituary. He was 49 years old. King, who appeared on My 600-Lb. Life in the summer of 2018, was battling sepsis and cirrhosis of the liver. A cause of death was not immediately given.
