By profession, Joshua Parkes was a driver who tragically killed in a car crash in Kingswinford. Driver Parkes and Lucy Tibbetts sadly died after the car collided with a tree. The family of the third victim who sadly died, a 16-year-old girl, has chosen not to release her name.
Joshua Parkes has died at the age of 21-years-old.
Five people were in a yellow Skoda Fabia which crashed on Bromley Lane, Kingswinford at around 8.50 pm, last night.

Nathan Cartwright, 18, and another 16-year-old girl are fighting for their lives in hospital after the confrontation in Kingswinford, West Mids, last night.
The five of them were driving a yellow Skoda Fabia that Joshua was driving when he hit a tree. West Midlands Police confirmed today that they saw the car shortly before the terror attack, but did not pursue it.
Devastated friends have now paid tribute to tragic teens. A friend who planted flowers at the scene said:
“I know Lucy, who died, and Nathan, who was in the passenger seat.
Nathan is in Birmingham hospital with a brain hemorrhage. They are going to operate on him because his spine is also damaged.
PC Chris Ridge, from the collision investigation unit, said: “This is a devastating time for the families of those involved, and we have specially trained officers who are supporting them through this difficult time.
