Lexii Alijai was an American rapper from Saint Paul, She was born on 19 February 1998 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her birth name is Alexis Alijai Lynch.
Lexii ultimately dropped out to pursue a full-time music career and began rapping over the beats of popular songs such as “Try Me” by Dej Loaf, 2Pac’s “Thugz Mansion”, and “Girls Love Beyoncé” by Drake.
Alijai died on 1 January 2020, at the age of 21. Her death cause has not yet been released.

Lexii Alijai’s Parents
She was the daughter of Roger Troutman Lynch Jr. Alijai’s grandfather’s name was Roger Troutman. Her mother’s name was not publicized.
Education
She attended Como Park Senior High School in the Lake Como area of St. Paul, with an interest in basketball, but instead focused on music instead and transferred to Creative Arts Secondary School in Minnesota, before then enrolling in an online school.
Career
Lexii released her first mixtape, Super Sweet 16s, in 2016 to the delight of its 16th birthday. She then collaborated with the Rocky Diamonds on the extended play, titled 3 Days. The second mixtape, In The Main Time, was released a few months later, then its third, in October of the same year, seems less so.
The following year, Lexii and rapper Shaun Sloan collaborated on a mixtape titled Same Struggle. Different Story.
She became close friends with Kehlani the summer before the release of Kehlani’s debut commercial mixtape, You Should Be Here, which peaked at number 36 on the Billboard 200. You Should Be Here granted Alijai media attention due to her lyricism and flow presented on the track.
Her next full-length project, Joseph’s Coat, was released at the end of 2015 and included Elle Varner’s contribution. In 2016, she performed at the SoundSet Music Festival and opened for Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert and Rich the Kid.
Alijai released a remix of Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange” and “Cold Hearted” by Meek Mill and Jay Z, as well as a music video for her remix of “Cold Hearted.”
In 2017, Alijai released remixes of “Redbone” by Childish Gambino and Me, Myself and I by Beyonce. On 8 September, She released her first length album, Growing Pains, in which she covered topics such as retiring from school and maintaining a relationship with her ex-boyfriend’s mother.

The young rap star, Lexii Alijai, who gave her music a taste in the rap music community, died at the age of 21. The news of Alijai’s death spiraled around the internet just hours after circulating on social media. The 21-year-old rapper’s cousin Raeish Khan confirmed the news via a Facebook post,
“You’re a real Legend. If you know her or heard her music you’d feel chills. Rest in paradise you’ll never be forgotten!
“I’m so lost for words…my beautiful cousin with so much talent & Unique soul. It’s too soon.”
However, there isn’t any news about her death cause and funeral.
