Linosee Mosley was a safety agent of NYPD school, who died from coronavirus. School Safety Agent Linosee Mosley passed away Friday, NYPD Police Commissioner Dermot Shea said on Twitter. Mosley’s death comes just a day after the NYPD announced the coronavirus deaths of another two members, including fellow school safety agent Luis Albino.
He died at the age of 26 years old.

School Safety Agent Linosee Mosley passed away Friday, NYPD Police Commissioner Dermot Shea said on Twitter. He announced Saturday that another school safety agent, Linosee Mosley, who was assigned to the 111th Precinct in Queens, had passed. Mosley was a 26-year veteran of the NYPD. Shea also announced the death of Brooklyn Auxillary Police Lt. Pierre Moise. Moise had been serving the community since 1994.

“We have lost another member of our family,” he wrote. “Today, the entire NYPD mourns as our hearts go out to his family, friends & colleagues.”
Mosley was a 26-year veteran of the NYPD and protected public school children in Bayside, Queens as a member of the 111th Precinct’s School Safety Unit.
He’s the fourth school safety agent to die from coronavirus. School safety agent Luis Albino, who worked in the Bronx, also died Friday.
Out of the eleven NYPD members who have died, only one, 48-year-old Detective Cedric Dixon, was a police officer. The rest worked as civilian employees, or in school safety and traffic enforcement.
As of Friday evening, 6,698 members of the NYPD were out sick and 1,169 uniformed members had tested positive for coronavirus.
More than 3,500 New Yorkers have so far died from the virus, about half the national death toll, Gov. Cuomo said Saturday.
