According to the user, Brian Laundrie, the boyfriend of missing lady Gabby Petito, was picked up by a TikTok user named Miranda Baker while hiking alone in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming in late August.

In a video posted on TikTok on Friday, Miranda Baker said she and her boyfriend picked up Brian Laundrie, who she said was hiking alone in Grand Teton National Park around 5:30 p.m. on August 29.

On August 29, four days after Petito, she called her family to say. She was in the park, and four days after her last Instagram photo before her disappearance, user Miranda Baker said she and her boyfriend offered Laundrie a ride at Grand Teton National Park.

Baker claimed to have picked up a hitchhiker she identified as Laundrie at about 5:45 p.m. on the route to Jackson Hole, which she referred to as “Jackson” in a series of four films that have only recently surfaced.

She claimed that he begged to leave when she mentioned: “Jackson Hole” at around 6:09 p.m.

She said in one of the videos, “Once I said Jackson Hole he became agitated,”

“He seemed like he needed to get out; he was kind of antsy. And that’s when things got weird.”

She alleges they let the hitchhiker out near Jackson Dam, and he continued to hitchhike across the street to a packed lot.

The TikTok user claimed she spoke with the FBI and other law enforcement officers about the supposed incident, but the FBI refused to confirm that they had spoken with her.

Other law enforcement agencies contacted the FBI. That claimed encounter would have occurred just one day before Petito’s mother got a text from her daughter’s phone on August 30, but her mother is skeptical that her daughter sent the text.

On September 1, Laundrie returned to Florida alone in a van registered to Petito.

Baker claims the hitchhiker, who she suspects is Laundrie, offered “like $200” for the journey but got into the Jeep for free. She alleges in the video that the hitchhiker informed her he had been hiking for days along the Snake River and that he had a fiancée who was working their social media profiles back at their van.

She added the hitchhiker she recognized as Laundrie didn’t appear to have a full backpack and had been sleeping on a tarp in what called “important information” that she reportedly supplied with authorities.

Baker had this to say about the purported encounter, “You think if you’re going camping for days on end, you’d want food and a tent, and he had none of that,”

Petito’s disappearance, which has excited social media sleuths because Laundrie has refused to speak with officials, has sparked social media sleuths.
