Nabil Maghnie was a 45 years old man, who is shot and killed in Melbourne’s north is believed to be underworld figure and Comancheros associate Nabil Maghnie. Melbourne Taco Bill Shooting
The shooting reportedly took place in the Taco Bill car park near the intersection of Childs Road and Dalton Road. Witnesses have described the moment they saw a notorious Melbourne underworld figure being gunned down in a car park. Emergency workers were called to the intersection of Childs and Daltons roads in Epping about 8.30 pm on Thursday to reports three people were shot. More than 30 devastated friends and family went to the area after the incident.

Criminal Record
Maghnie, also known as Nabil Moughnieh, has been shot twice in the past, including in 2016 when he drove himself to hospital after being shot in the head. He was arrested in November over the killing of drug trafficker Mitat Rasimi but was released without charge.
Maghnie had been charged with driving while on drugs after crashing a car into a roundabout at 209 km/h at Woodstock in May. After the crash, he went to the hospital where cocaine and other drugs were found in his system.

His son, Jacob Elliott, has been charged with the drive-by shooting murders of two people outside Prahran’s Love Machine nightclub in April last year. Police believe the trio were known to each other and the cause of the shooting is under investigation.
Nabil Maghnie Death Cause
Nabil Maghnie died at the scene after stumbling around the corner from the restaurant and collapsing. Two other men who had been shot were taken to hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Maghnie was most recently under investigation over a shooting at the Love Machine nightclub last April. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still to be determined but police believe the parties involved were known to each other.
